Use sturdy, closed boxes. Keep fragile belongings clearly identified. Empty, clean and dry appliances. *DEFROST REFRIDGERATOR BEFORE COLLECTION.

Pack belongings securely, identify fragile items, and defrost and dry your fridge before collection. Our team waits a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled window. If you miss your first collection, no fee applies to that missed attempt, but a R149 rebooking fee is payable before a second collection is scheduled. See the UniKeep Terms & Conditions.
